Privacy notice
This covers the email address you give us on the early-access list. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Your email address and, only if you choose to add them, your role, company, the task you would like to hand over, and a rough monthly volume range. Everything after your email is optional. We do not store your IP address, and we do not use cookies, trackers or third-party analytics on this page.
Why we collect it
For two things, and nothing else:
- To email you launch news, to let you know when you can try the product.
- With your consent, to invite you to an optional 20-minute research conversation about the task you want to hand over.
We will not use your address for any other purpose, and we will not sell or share it.
Confirming your address (double opt-in)
When you sign up, we send one confirmation email with a single link. We keep your address as pending until you click it. We send that one confirmation message only. No marketing email goes out unless and until you confirm.
How long we keep it
- Pending addresses: if you do not confirm, we delete your address after 30 days.
- Confirmed addresses: we keep until launch plus 12 months, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Unsubscribe
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you at any time using the contact address below, and we will stop emailing you.
Delete my data
You can ask us to delete your address and any optional details at any time by writing to the contact address below. We will delete your entry within 30 days of your request. Deleting is final; if you sign up again later, that is a new entry.
