Questions, answered plainly.

Is this a chatbot?

No. It is a small model built for a single, well-defined task, such as routing a ticket or copying the details from an invoice. It is not for open-ended conversation.

How is accuracy measured?

Before you commit, we run the model against a set of your own examples where the right answer is already known, and report how often it matched, expressed as a share of that example set (a percentage), together with where the model was unsure. You see this on your own data, so the measurement reflects your job rather than a generic benchmark.

What happens to my data?

Your data is never used to train anyone else's model. With your permission, some preparation steps may send redacted examples to a third-party AI provider under evaluation-only terms; this never happens in the live API. You can roll back or switch off at any time. See the privacy notice for how we handle the email you give us here.

What does it cost?

Pricing will be published before launch. Whatever the price, you will see your projected cost for your task, set next to what you pay today, before you commit to anything.

Do I need an ML team?

No. You describe the job and share examples; we handle the model. A developer can wire it into your systems through a standard API, but you do not need machine-learning specialists.
